Studio Rental Service
- Studio 1,900 square feet.
- White color cyclorama (22 feet x 15 feet).
- Green background cloth put on top of cyclorama (21 feet x 15 feet).
- Makeup Room + Changing Room (130 sq. ft.), installed air conditioner.
- Toilet build in heater for shower.
- Commercial broadband network 500MB / 500MB supports high-demand live broadcast quality.
- Provide free WiFi.
- Prohibited any activity for water, liquid, powder, fire, collision and explosion. Cleaning fee, cyclorama repair fee and equipment repair fee will be charged.
- Studio rental service is not include lighting setup service.
- Studio rental service is not include COMPUTER and LCD TV. The prohibition against borrow computer to open file and access internet.
- Studio rental service is not include flash light meter.
- Studio rental free to use 2 different color background papers. Additional change/color background paper charge at $100/change/color.
- Rent studio start time should count from appointment time no matter client late.
- Payment should pay advance if over time. We are not accept payment by "Cheque", "Credit Card", "EPS" & "Money Transfer Afterward". Insufficient cash to pay advance will be terminated studio rental service immediately.
- Over time 15 mins. will count as ONE hour. The end time will count from the time of client leaves studio. Welcome client temporarily store the props / product with agreed rate. Lawrence Studio no responsibility / duty for any property loss.
- Each pet will have surcharge $100 and clean the place before leaving..
- Break equipment should indemnification.
- 50% payment deposit should be made after confirmation . Original payment receipt and remained 50% payment balance should paid when arrive to studio.
Cyclorama 22 ft x 15 ft
1) Photography Plan - Cyclorama (22 feet width)/9 feet width background paper (HK$500/hour)
- Minimum booking is 3 hours. Less than 3 hours count as 3 hours.
- Included China brand studio flash 1200W x 2, 500W x 1, soft box, umbrella & accessories. Additional China brand studio flash $100/flash.
- Studio booking has 15 mins. preparation. During preparation time is not allow to use studio equipment for photo shooting.
- Maximum allow 1 photographers take photo.
- Studio rental free to use 2 different color background papers. Additional change/color background paper charge at $100/change/color.
- The background paper should kept clean. If it causes dirty or damage will charge $200 per 5 feet of length.
- Cut background paper will charge $200 per 5 feet of length. We can help client book new background paper. Please advance 1.5 to 2 weeks notice.
- Cyclorama repaint white color $1,500 (if needed).
- Studio rental service is not include lighting setup, assistant and photography service.
- Lighting setup $1,000 per each.
- Exceed 15 people additional $20/hour will be charged for each additional
person.
- Included studio flash wireless trigger.
Background Paper Color

- Selected studio rental plan 1 + plan 2.
- Maximum allow one photographer to take photo.
- Studio rental free to use 2 different color background. Additional change/color background paper charge at $100 per change/color.
- Cut background paper will charge $200 per 5 feet. Client need to book new paper before 1 week.
- Studio rental service is not include lighting setup, assistant and photography service.
- Lighting setup $1,000 per each.
- Exceed 15 people additional $20/hour will be charged for each additional person.

- Studio has 9 feet width GREEN and BLUE colour Chroma Key background paper.
- Studio has 21 feet width GREEN colour Chroma Key background included frame and installation. Day rate rental fee is $1,000.
